Quotations are hereby invited from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database for the supply anddelivery of Disaster Management Uniform. Quotation documents with detailed information can be downloaded from thewebsite www.amajuba.gov.za or e-tender website.This quotation will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in the PreferentialProcurement Policy Framework Act (No 5 of 2000) and for this purpose the enclosed forms must be scrutinized,completed and submitted together with your detailed specification quotation.Bidders are required to submit original tax clearance or income tax reference number, security pin and TCC number andvalid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates and sworn affidavits or certified copies thereof together with theirquotations, to substantiate their B-BBEE rating claims. Failure to submit the proof of B-BBEE Certificate will result inforfeiting the points.In terms of Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2011 and SABS approved technical specification number SATS1286:201x �?? Bidders are requested to complete the declaration form for local content (local production and local contentare used interchangeably) of which failure to complete MBD6.2 and Annexure C will render your bid non-responsive.Completed bid documents in sealed envelopes endorsed �??Quotation number Q2022/37: Supply and delivery ofDisaster Management uniform�?� must be deposited in the Municipality�??s tender box located in the Reception of theAmajuba District Municipality B9356 Amajuba Road, Section 1, Madadeni, 2951 on or before the closing date, wherebyquotations will be opened in public. Quotation envelopes that are not sealed and numbered will not be considered. Lateand incomplete quotations and MBD forms will not be accepted.
