Quotations are requested from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database for thesupply, deliver and install 6x wall split air-conditioners for Amajuba District Municipality offices.Requirements:1. The service provider must be registered with (SARA) South African Refrigeration and Airconditioners (provide valid proof of registration).2. The service provider must have at least three appointment letters or orders from previous workdone.NB: This quotation will be evaluated on price in terms of the 80/20 preference point system asprescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (No 5 of 2000) and PreferentialProcurement Regulations of 2022 where 80/20 points system will be applied wherein 80 points are forprice and 20 for specific goals and for this purpose the enclosed forms must be scrutinized, completedand submitted together with your detailed quotation.Bidders are required to submit original tax clearance or income tax reference number, security pin andTCC number.
