Bids are hereby invited from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database with a CIDB grading of 7ME or higher class of construction works for the refurbishment of Utrecht Water Treatment Works – Phase 2 This Bid will be evaluated on price and functionality in terms of the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and Preferential Procurement Regulation s of 2022 wherein 80 points are for price and 20 points are for specific goals. Bidders are required to submit original tax clearance or income tax reference number, security pin and TCC number.
