PREPARATION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STTEMENTS, AUDIT SUPPORT, REVENUE DATA CLEANSING AND REVENUE ENHANCEMENT FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS

Bids are hereby invited from professional service providers for the preparations of Annual Financial Statement, Audit Support, Revenue data cleansing and Revenue enhacement. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database. Bid documents with detailed information can be downloaded www.amajuba.gov.za and e -tender website. This bid will be evaluated on price and functionality in terms of the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (No 5 of 2000) and Preferential Procurement Regulations of 2022 where 80/20 points system will be applied wherein 80 points are for price and 20 for specific goals.

  • A valid tax clearance certificate issued by SARS.

Submissions must be placed in the tender bid box in the recepition, in envelopes clearly labeled with the name/number of the bid.
