Quotations are requested from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database for the hire of 8x buses for ADM Mayoral Games. Date of the event: 15 November 2025; Venue: Arbor Park Stadium. This quotation will be evaluated on price in terms of the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (No 5 of 2000) and Preferential Procurement Regulations of 2022 where 80/20 points system will be applied wherein 80 points are for price and 20 for specific goals and for this purpose the enclosed forms must be scrutinized, completed, and submitted together with your detailed quotation.
