Bids are requested from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database for the design of evacuation emergency plans at Amajuba District Municipality. The service provider must be registered with Architects registration board, accredited to SA Councill for Architectural profession. This bid will be evaluated on price in terms of the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (No 5 of 2000) and Preferential Procurement Regulations of 2022 where 80/20 points system will be applied wherein 80 points are for price and 20 for specific goals and for this purpose the enclosed forms must be scrutinized, completed and submitted together with your detailed quotation. Bidders are required to submit original tax clearance certificates or Tax Compliance Status Pin or CSD number.
Requirements
6.1 Bids will be accepted only from bidders registered with Architects registration board, accredited to SA Councill for Architectural profession and Proof of Professional Registration must be submitted with the BID document.
6.2 Detailed quotation with pricing. Bid price only quotations will be disqualified.
6.3 Previous work done in the field of Architectural designs – Bidders must attach at least 1x appointment letter/order of previous work done in the field of Architectural designs.
