Quotations are requested from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database for the supply and delivery of corporate goods. Bid documents without samples will not be considered. Bid documents are obtainable from the Amajuba DM or E-tender websites.

Tender Procedures

1. Advertised Tenders/Bids

2. Submission Deadlines
  • Each advert specifies a strict closing date and time.
  • No late bids will be accepted.
3. Requirements for Submission
  • A comprehensive proposal addressing the bid's requirements.
  • All associated forms (SBDs) included with the bid documentation.
  • A valid tax clearance certificate issued by SARS.

Deliver the completed bid application documents, original tax clearance certificate, and your signed and dated proposal to:

Submissions must be placed in the tender bid box in the recepition, in envelopes clearly labeled with the name/number of the bid.
