Quotations are hereby invited from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database for the supply and delivery of 12x laptop computers at Amajuba District Municipality. Quotation documents with detailed information are obtainable from Amajuba DM website www.amajuba.gov.za or e-tender website. The awarded service provider must deliver the laptops within 14 days of the purchase order.Requirement1. The bidder must submit a certificate or equivalent evidence that they are a certified reseller or supplier of the tendered products (excluding laptop bags). Failure to submit certificate(s) or equivalent evidence will result in quotations being deemed as non-responsive.This quotation will be evaluated on price only and for this purpose the enclosed forms must be scrutinized, completed and submitted together with your detailed specification quotation.
