Quotations are requested from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database for catering services of 1500 people.This quotation will be evaluated in terms of 80/20 Preference Point System as prescribed in Amajuba District Municipality Procurement Policy and for this purpose the enclosed MBD forms must be scrutinized, completed and submitted together with each bid and failure to submit completed forms will disqualify the bid.Bidders are required to submit original tax clearance certificate/ Tax Compliance Status Pin or CSD number and valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates or certified copies thereof together with their bids, to substantiate their B-BBEE rating claims.
