As part of its commitment to support education and development of the people residing within the district, the municipal Council today held its Full Council Meeting at the Majuba TVET College.

The seating was arranged to assist students currentlly pursuing their studies in Public Administration (N5) to get exposure on how Council meetings are facilitated, how municipalities as a sphere of government deliberate on issues and take decisions on service delivery related matters.

Though this was a demostration session aimed at equiping these students with indepth knowledge on Council matters, Councillors took the session very serious engaging on matters.

The Honourable Mayor, Cllr uMntwana Misizwe Ndabuko Zulu, made a commitment that the Council will consider more of these sessions as they educate and promote accountability and transparency.
