AMAJUBA DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY ELECTS THE NEW DEPUTY MAYOR

Amajuba District Municipality in its Council Meeting on the 21st of February 2023, elected the new Deputy Mayor, Cllr T.E Mthembu, representing the IFP.

The position of the Deputy Mayor became vacant following the resignation of the former incumbent, Cllr. Sizani of the EFF, who tendered his resignation. Cllr. Sizani remains the Councillor of the Amajuba District Municipality and serving as the EXCO Member.

His Worship the Mayor, Cllr uMtwana Ndabuko Zulu, has congratulated Cllr. Mthembu on his new responsibility and wished him well.
