ESTABLISHMENT OF A DATABASE OF CONSULTANTS TO UNDERTAKE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS FOR THE PERIOD OF 01 JULY UP TO 30 JUNE 2013

Amajuba District Municipality hereby invites suitable qualified Civil Engineering consulting businesses to submit database registration form in order to be entered into the database for professional service providers of the municipality for the period of 01 July 2010 to 30 June 2013 for undertaking infrastructure projects.
Interested service providers should collect the Database application forms at Amajuba District Municipality Offices during normal working hours, B9356, Amajuba Building, Section1, Madadeni, 2951 after producing a proof of payment of R200 non-refundable fee payable directly to the following banking details: ABSA 4053472593 with 88888 as a reference number. Application forms are must be purchased before 09h30 on Wednesday, 28 July 2010. The compulsory clarification meeting will be held as follows:

Completed database registration application forms in sealed envelopes endorsed “Database of Consultants” must be deposited in the Municipality’s tender box located at the reception of the Amajuba District Municipality on or before the closing date, whereby applications will be opened to the public. Amajuba Tourism Signage Project

The Amajuba District Municipality is currently undertaking the Amajuba Tourism Signage Development Project which is aimed at improving the road signage to approved tourism destinations.

In this regard any persons intending to apply to the road authorities for permission to erect tourism road signs in compliance with Department of Transport, South African National Roads Agency Limited and or Local Municipality criteria are kindly requested to email their details to Ms Buyi Shange at tourism@amajuba.gov.za by 15 July 2010.
