    DISPOSAL OF COMPUTER HARDWARE
    Bids are hereby invited from for the disposal of computer hardware of the Amajuba District Municipality.
    This bid will be evaluated in terms of 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in Amajuba District
    Municipality procurement policy and for this purpose the enclosed forms MBD forms must be scrutinized,
    completed and submitted together with each bid.
    NB: Bid documentation and further information are obtainable from Amajuba District Municipality office,
    and Amajuba District Municipality website: www.amajuba.gov.za must accompany all bids submitted.
    Bid number and description to be clearly marked on envelope containing bids and must be deposited in
    the tender box at Amajuba District Municipality Offices, B9356, Amajuba Building, Section 1, Madadeni,
    2951.

    √ Service providers that have applied to be included in the Amajuba DM’s database should also respond
    to this request for proposals
    √ Tender document submitted without the appropriate tender number, late, faxed, incomplete will be
    disqualified
    √ The municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
