The Amajuba District Municipality (ADM) hereby invites suppliers to supply corporate goods as listed below:

SPECIFICATIONS

Requirement:

As with the following:

1. 800 x Tracksuit [Quantec]
2. Three colours from the ADM Logo

3. Back print semi-circular shape:
“AMAJUBA DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY KWANALOGA GAMES”

4. Front embroidery: Left chest pocket size [ADM LOGO FULL COLOUR]

NOTES
The bidders must provide samples of items. Failure to provide samples will result in disqualification from the bid.

NB: This quotation will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act [No 5 of 2000] and for this purpose the enclosed forms MBD 2, MBD 4, MBD 6.1 & MBD 8 must be scrutinized, completed and submitted together with your quotation.

Service providers that have applied to be included in the ADM’s database should also respond to this request for quotation. Sealed envelope with quotation number should be delivered for the attention of SCM Unit at Amajuba District Municipality offices tender box, B9356 Amajuba Building, Section 1 Madadeni.

The Amajuba District Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest proposal or any of the proposals at all.
