SECURITY SERVICES
Amajuba District Municipality seeks suitably qualified service providers, registered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) to submit bids for security services to Amajuba District Municipality for a 1 year contract period.

Bid documents with detailed terms of reference and other relevant information will be available from Amajuba District Municipality offices upon producing the original proof of deposit of a non-refundable fee of R50.00 deposited into Amajuba District Municipality’s ABSA Bank Account No. 4053472593 with 22222. The bid documents are collected between 08h00am and 9h00am on the following dates:
20, 23, and 24 August 2010. No bids document will be issued after the 24th of August 2010.
Sealed and appropriately numbered bids must be deposited in the tender box situated at the reception of Amajuba District Municipality
Please note that:
1. This BID will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (No 5 of 2000) and for this purpose all MBD forms attached must be scrutinized, completed and submitted together with bids.
2. The municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
3. Bids not accompanied by an original valid Tax Clearance certificates will be disqualified.
4. No bids will be considered from persons in the service of the state .
Service providers that have applied to be included in the Amajuba District Municipality database should also respond to this request for proposals.
