Water tanker services
Amajuba District Municipality seeks suitably qualified service providers to submit bids for the provision of water tanker services for the supply of water in Emadlangeni (Utrecht) and Danhauser rural areas.
Bid documents are available from Amajuba District Municipality Offices as from the 05th of August to the 10th (Tuesday) before 10h00, upon producing a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of R200.00 deposited in to our ABSA Bank Account No: 4053472593 with 55555 shown as reference. No bid documents will be available as from the 11th of August 2010.
The compulsory clarification meeting will be held as follows:

Sealed and appropriately numbered bids must be deposited in the tender box situated at the reception of Amajuba District Municipality, Attention: SCM Unit
Please note that:
1. This bid will be evaluated in terms of the 90/10 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (No 5 of 2000) and for this purpose the enclosed forms MBD 1, MBD 2, MBD 4, MBD 6.1 & MBD 8 must be scrutinized, completed and submitted together with your bid.
2. The municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid
3. No bids will be considered from persons in the service of the state .
4. Failure to comply with these conditions may invalidate your offer
