Quotations are required from suitable qualified service provider for the supply and delivery of 5 laptop computers.

2. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
This quotation will be evaluated in terms of 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in Amajuba District Municipality Procurement Policy and for this purpose the enclosed MBD forms must be scrutinized, completed and submitted together with each bid.
NB: Quotation documents are available from Amajuba district Municipality Offices and on Amajuba District Municipality’s website www.amajuba.gov.za Attached forms must accompany all bid documents submitted and failure to submit completed forms will disqualify the quotation.
Please note that:
 Service providers that have applied to be included in the Amajuba DM’s database should also respond to this request for proposals.
 Correspondences without the appropriate Quotation number, late, faxed, incomplete and incorrectly done quotations will be disqualified.
 The municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest or any quote
