NB: Preferred bidders will be expected to supply samples of items when requested.
This bid will be evaluated in terms of the 90/10 preference point system as prescribed in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (No 5 of 2000) and for this purpose the enclosed forms MBD1, MBD2, MBD4, MBD6 and MBD 8 must be scrutinized, completed and submitted together with your quotation.
