SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COMPUTER SOFTWARE

Bids for the supply and delivery of computer software are invited from Microsoft Large Account Resellers (LARs) on the following specification:

2. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

This bid will be evaluated in terms of 80/20 preference point system as prescribed in Amajuba District Municipality Procurement Policy and for this purpose the enclosed MBD forms must be scrutinized, completed and submitted together with each bid.
NB: Bids documents are available from Amajuba district Municipality Offices and on Amajuba District Municipality’s website www.amajuba.gov.za.
Attached forms must accompany all bid documents submitted and failure to submit completed forms will disqualify the bid document.

Please note that:
 Service providers that have applied to be included in the Amajuba DM’s database should also respond to this request for proposals.
 Correspondences without the appropriate bid number, late, faxed, incomplete and incorrectly done bid will be disqualified.
 The municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid
 Service providers must enclose proof of LAR status with Microsoft
