RENOVATIONS AND ADDITION: AMAJUBA DISASTER MANAGEMENT BUILDING

Prospective bidders are hereby invited for the Renovations and Additions of Amajuba Disaster Management Building for Amajuba District Municipality. Prospective bidders must be registered with CIDB 2GB or higher class of construction works.

Bid documents will be made available as from the 13th May 2010 at the SCM Unit of the Amajuba District Municipality upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R 150.00 per document. Cheque or deposits must be made payable to the Amajuba District Municipality bank account: ABSA Bank Account no. 4053472593 with 55555 as reference. Bidders will be required to produce proof of deposit before the issue of bid document. Bid documents must be collected before the date of compulsory briefing session as no documents will be issued during the day of the briefing session.

A compulsory clarification meeting with the representatives of the employer will be held as follows:

Venue: Amajuba District Municipality, thereafter proceeding to the site for inspection. Late comers will not be accepted.

Completed Bid documents including all returnable documents in sealed envelopes endorsed “Tender No. ‘T 2010/08, Amajuba Disaster Management Building’ must be deposited in the municipality’s tender box located at the reception of Amajuba District Municipality, B 9356 Main Street, Section 1, Madadeni 2951 not later than 12h00 on the 27th of May 2010, after which all bids received will be opened in public. Late bids submitted after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
